Vantage Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of the Vantage enterprise workspace. We are currently in pre-production testing; cloud sync and additional enterprise features activate at GA.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Vantage, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Vantage Privacy Policy, and the Vantage Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the workspace.
2. Enterprise workspace
Vantage is an enterprise-grade portfolio analytics and research platform. No part of the workspace constitutes investment advice, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a solicitation in any jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Vantage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during sign-in.
4. Account data & workspace sync
Saved workspace items—including Thesis notes, Compare Sets, and Saved Screeners—sync securely to your approved account. Workspace persistence is in Beta as we continue to validate reliability, security, and product workflows.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the workspace, attempt to reverse-engineer its data sources, or use it to violate any applicable law or regulation.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the workspace evolves from pre-production testing to GA. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
