By accessing Vantage Intelligence (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is an internal workspace tool for portfolio analytics and is provided without warranty of any kind. Information presented (factor scores, AI briefings, health scores, risk diagnostics) is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.
Vantage Intelligence is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and the associated risk.
Quotes, fundamentals, ratings, and macro indicators are sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, FRED, US Treasury, etc.) under their respective terms. While we attempt to surface fresh data, we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify with the underlying source before acting on any data point.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your workspace. Pre-production workspaces persist data locally on your device during the testing period; cloud sync activates at general availability. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.
Plan tiers (Free and Pro) are described on the Plans & Access page. Billing integration is not yet active; plan transitions during the testing period are admin-managed rather than purchased.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Intelligence, its operators, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, trading losses, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount actually paid by you to Vantage in the preceding twelve (12) months or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

We design and test our interface to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).
