This policy describes how Vantage Intelligence (“we”, “the Service”) handles personal and workspace data during the internal testing period. We collect the minimum information necessary to provide portfolio analytics and run the workspace.

2. Data We Collect

• Account identity — email address used to sign in (one-time-code auth).
• Workspace data — portfolio holdings, watchlist symbols, thesis notes, and saved screens you enter into the workspace.
• Usage telemetry — aggregate interaction data to detect errors and improve UI; not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

3. Workspace Data Sync & Beta Status

Saved workspace items—including Thesis notes, Compare Sets, and Saved Screeners—sync securely to your approved account. Workspace persistence is in Beta as we continue to validate reliability, security, and product workflows.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

Market data (quotes, fundamentals, ratings, macro indicators, news) is fetched from third-party providers under their own terms:

• Yahoo Finance — quotes, fundamentals, analyst coverage, news.
• FRED — macro indicators (Fed Funds, CPI, unemployment).
• US Treasury — daily Treasury yield curve rates.

Usage of these sources is subject to their respective terms and data licensing.

5. Cookies & Authentication

We use a single first-party session cookie to authenticate your workspace across requests. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Workspace data stays in your session. Third-party providers receive only the queries needed to fetch the data you requested (e.g., a stock symbol).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service matures. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
